I have a business trip to Thailand & its an unplanned trip too. But Im taking this opportunity to try out their food!! Also thanks to Asa constantly watching food review and input we discovered Marks Wein's video, he helped us find unique good in Thailand!! Our Main target CRISPY PORK~

We are offered to stay in Lumphini Grande Centre Point Hotel; Completed only recently, 1 April 2025 (is not a joke). The business meeting will take 3 Days however due to time limitation, we improvised :(

I also know this trip doesnt justified the food exploration but in future will sure to have my plans and try more outside of Hotel, above all hawker shop!!
