I am Rinona~! Wolf Demigod and descendant of the Sun goddess Lady Amaterasu✨

Can you believe I spent AN ENTIRE YEAR working on this?!?!
I honestly did everything from start to finish myself, and I’m so, so proud of it 🧡

This project started last year when I was struggling with a lot of impostor syndrome. I felt like I wasn’t capable of doing much, and I doubted myself constantly. Then I came across Airu-chan’s cover, and something clicked in my head. I thought, “What if I tried making something like this too—but completely on my own?!?!” (stupid sudden impulses...)

Honestly, it felt impossible at first. I’m not a trained artist, and the vocals for this song are mostly onomatopoeias (LOL) which made it a very different kind of challenge. But I decided to take the leap anyway.

Over the course of a year, I drew more than 100 illustrations and spent three days recording and mixing the cover—which is actually a really long time for me LOOOL. Looking back at all the artwork now, I can see that not every drawing is perfect, but I can also see my growth. Some are noticeably stronger than others, and that makes me happy because it shows that I improved along the way✨✨

So now I can proudly say that I truly created this entire project with my own two hands!!! 💪✨ (Though I also want to give a huge thank you to Flair Mixworks for offering to master the final mix and making everything sound even more amazing!!!)

More than anything, I hope this video can be a reminder to all my Awoonas: never stop believing in yourself. Even if something feels impossible, even if it’s something you’ve never done before, take that leap of faith and give it a try. You might surprise yourself.

And if you ever find yourself doubting your abilities, remember that I’ll always be here cheering you on and believing in you.
