Amatsuka Uto (天使うと) is a female Japanese Virtual YouTuber who debuted in 2020 as an independent VTuber. On 10 December 2023, she joined the agency VOICE-ORE, remaining a member until its disbanding on 30 June 2024.
In 2025, she was active on Twitch under the name Kirafuwa (きらふわ) as her casual streaming persona. In April 2026, she joined DetonatioN FocusMe (DFM)'s streamer division as their first female member.
