Jelly Hoshiumi (星海ジェリー) is a female English-speaking Virtual YouTuber affiliated with Phase-Connect's second wave of "Phase Invaders" alongside Dizzy Dokuro, and Ember Amane.

Jelly is a lonely alien girl from a far away planet in a far away galaxy. Since she was still a little girl, she had always wanted to be a royal princess who is loved by all and has millions of admirers. The reality is harsh, however, and she actually grew up in a very poor family and has had to work her entire life for chump change. She worked hard everyday to save enough money to get a ticket to space travel. Now that she has saved enough money, she left behind her past, and traveled to Phase world where she started to live her destined life of a beloved princess. The Princess has a powerful loyal companion to do her bidding.
At least, that's what she believes. Jelly is nothing but a mere human who was silly enough to be duped into buying a ticket to Phase world, where she now lives as an ordinary girl with a great delusion.
