VSPO! (ぶいすぽっ!), an abbreviation of "Virtual eSports Project", is an eSports-focused, all-female Virtual YouTuber agency operated by the Japanese company Virtual Entertainment Inc., which itself is owned by the holding company Brave Group since 2022.
The agency began in late 2018 as Lupinus Virtual Games (LVG), its first Virtual eSports team. In 2020, two new teams called Iris Black Games (IBG) and Cattleya Regina Games (CRG) were then formed alongside LVG. In July of that year, the project name was changed to "Virtual eSports Project" (VSPO!), bringing all three teams under one umbrella group. In 2023, the agency also started its overseas expansion with the opening of its English and Chinese branches, with their respective members debuting the following year. In late 2025, the Chinese branch was shut down and its members transferred to MUGEN LIVE.
VSPO!'s VTubers participate in a diverse range of activities, including streaming, eSports tournaments, collaborations with anime and other cultural media. As of December 2024, the agency has in total more than 10 million subscribers on YouTube, making it the third most subscribed VTuber agency in Japan after hololive production and NIJISANJI.
